Kendall sold to Tyco International in 1994. Tyco formed Tyco Adhesives including Polyken
1999
Tyco purchased Raychem and merged Polyken into “CPG” which includes Anodeflex
2001
Tyco purchased Power-Lone Star in 2001 and brought Powercrete into “CPG”
2006
Tyco International sold Tyco Adhesives to Apollo in 2006 who merged it with Covalence Adhesives
2007
Apollo purchased Berry Plastics and then merged Berry Plastics and Covalence Specialty Materials

Raychem – rebranded into Covalence
