74-HF
ChemTemp 74-HF Series is a high-solids, two-component hybrid epoxy coating for demanding industrial environments requiring corrosion, chemical resistance, and durability. It supports immersion service to 350°F (176°C) and dry heat to 450°F (232°C). With 70% volume solids and extended pot life, it enables efficient application and fast return to service, delivering strong adhesion and surface tolerance, even on marginally prepared substrates.
79-LH
The 79-LH Series is a high-build, two-component epoxy primer/DTM coating for demanding environments requiring heat resistance and surface tolerance. It withstands continuous service to 300°F (148°C) with excursions to 350°F (176°C). The polyamide epoxy system ensures strong adhesion on marginal surfaces and excellent corrosion protection. With 56% solids, up to 10 mil (254 micron) DFT, and a 6-hour pot life, it delivers durable performance.
802
The 802 Series is a high-performance, single-component silicone copolymer coating engineered for direct-to-metal applications in high-temperature environments up to 600°F (315°C). Designed for durability and efficiency, it delivers excellent color retention, corrosion protection, and adhesion on steel substrates. With 51% volume solids and no heat cure requirement, it enables fast application and return to service. Ideal for industrial assets can be used as a standalone system or topcoated as needed.
812-LH
The 812-LH Series is a single-component silicone copolymer coating for high-temperature DTM applications to 600°F (315°C), with spikes to 800°F (426°C). It offers superior corrosion protection and color stability on heated steel surfaces. With 51% solids and 3–5 mil (76-127 micron) DFT in one to two coats, it ensures consistent coverage. Its air-dry formulation eliminates the need for heat curing, enabling faster project completion.
827-HB
The 827-HB Series HiTemp Dry-Fall coating is a high-build, single-component multipolymeric coating for extreme temperature and corrosion control. Withstands thermal cycling up to 1200°F (649°C) and supports hot application to 400°F (204°C). Its dry-fall formulation minimizes overspray, while allowing up to 12.5 mil (317 micron) WFT per coat. Designed for CUI protection on tanks, stacks, and other process equipment, it provides durable adhesion and long-term thermal stability.
860-HF
The 860-HF Series is a single-component modified silicone copolymer primer for ambient and elevated temperature service up to 400°F (204°C), with excursions to 500°F (260°C). Designed for industrial equipment, it provides strong adhesion on marginal surfaces. With 50% solids and 2–3 mil (50-76 micron) DFT, it delivers reliable protection without heat curing, fast drying, and unlimited recoat flexibility.
865-LH
The 865-LH Series is a single-component modified silicone alkyd topcoat for elevated temperature service up to 375°F (190°C). It provides excellent gloss retention, color stability, and corrosion resistance. With 52% solids and 2–3 mil (50-76 micron) DFT coverage, it ensures consistent film builds. The 865-LH Series is ideal for maintaining protective and aesthetic performance across ambient to high-heat service areas.
815
The 815 Series Acrylic Silicone Copolymer Topcoat is a single-component, high-performance coating for high-temperature industrial use, offering corrosion resistance and long-term color stability. Rated for continuous service to 500°F (260°C) and intermittent excursions to 800°F (426°C), it suits ductwork and heat-exposed equipment. Its acrylic silicone formulation delivers strong gloss and pigment retention. Applied at 2–3 mil (50-76 micron) DFT with 50% solids, it air-dries, supports Dry-Fall applications, and can also be hot applied.
