DuraShield 110/210
DuraShield 110/210
DuraShield 110 and DuraShield 210 Line and Coat Steel Pipe for Smooth, Safe, Water and Wastewater Transmission
DuraShield 110 and 210 are two-component polyurethane coatings formulated from the same resin backbone to deliver consistent corrosion protection across ferrous and non‑ferrous substrates. The shared chemistry provides high crosslink density, strong chemical resistance and stable long-term mechanical performance. The 110 and 210 systems differ primarily in application profile, allowing applicators to select the reactivity and handling characteristics best suited to their equipment and environmental conditions.
These polyurethanes are engineered for immersion and non‑immersion service where corrosion, abrasion and impact resistance are critical. Their hydrophobic formulation limits water uptake and supports film integrity in aggressive industrial environments. High build characteristics allow single‑coat applications up to 250 mils, producing a dense, impermeable barrier that resists cathodic disbondment and mechanical damage.
